Please use this page to register an account with us.

Please note that all accounts must have confirmed emails and any registrations that remain unconfirmed for a period of seven days or more will be permanently removed.

Password Requirements :

Usernames may contain only digits, upper and lower case letters and underscores
Emails must have a valid email format
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long
Passwords must contain
- At least one upper case letter (A to Z)
- At least one lower case letter (a to z)
- At least one number (0 to 9)
- At least one special character (!@£$% etc)
Your password and confirmation must match exactly

Important :

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folders as some providers will automatically treat unknown senders as spam. If you wish to receive future emails and updates from us, you may wish to whitelist or allow '@torquepoint.com' addresses in your email account.

First Name : MANDATORY : Your first name is required to have an account with us.

It will never be displayed publicly unless you choose to do so and is only used by us to identify you as an account owner or TorquePoint member.

Last Name : MANDATORY : Your last name is required to have an account with us.

It will never be displayed publicly unless you choose to do so and is only used by us to identify you as an account owner.

Username : MANDATORY : A unique user name is required in order to have an account with us.

Providing your chosen username is unique and is not in use by anyone else in our membership, you may change this at any time. Please note that your username cannot have any spaces and any will always be replaced with underscores.

Your username will only be displayed if you have set it's privacy setting to 'Public' and you have a public profile enabled, otherwise only a system generated ID number will display.

Email Address : MANDATORY : Your email address must be valid, active and monitored. It is required in order for you to have an account and be able to log in.

Confirmation messages regarding your account status will be sent to it when certain changes are made by you. Unconfirmed accounts will be periodically removed as will accounts that regularly bounce sent emails as undelivered.

We are also required by law, to periodically send you reminders about your privacy status when we hold any personal identifiable information about you.

Depending on your privacy settings, you may receive periodic emails from us to the email address you provide. You will not receive anything after an initial account confirmation email, or password change request emails , unless YOU choose.

We will never pass your email address onto anyone else and it will never be used for marketing purposes.

Password : Your password cannot be displayed for security reasons.

When you log in, your supplied password is encrypted using the same random algorithm that was used when you first registered. This process makes it impossible to recover or display in a recognisable form.

The administrators and webmaster of this website are also unable to see your password.
